Panelists:
Lori Fisher, Director, Baker Free Library in Bow. 2017 NHLTA Library Director of the Year; recipient of NHLA Ann Geisel Award of Merit. Current Advocacy Committee Chair for the NH Library Association, Co-Chair for the Hillstown Library Cooperative. NHLA Past President and 2013 PLA Leadership Fellow. Lori’s library in Bow has recently completed a major fundraising and renovation campaign, which added 7,000 square feet of meeting space for the community. She holds a BA in history with a minor in museum studies from Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY and an MLS with a concentration in archival management from State University of New York at Albany.
Allen Jon Kinneman, Director, James E. Nichols Library in Center Harbour. Received his MLS from the University of Illinois in the late 1980s, when the catalog had only recently been digitized and word processors still had black and green screens! He was an academic librarian at MIT and Harvard in the 1990s and went through three iterations of online database searching: dial-up, linked CD-ROMs and web-based servers. Became a public librarian after a move to New Hampshire in the mid-90s. As director of the Madison Library (1999-2004) and Nichols Library in Center Harbor (2005-present), he test drove and broke -in three ILS systems. He also became a DIY webmaster, creating 3 library websites. Most recently, he created a searchable database of town genealogical data. Finally, he’s the Chair of the Scrooge & Marley Library Cooperative.
Brendan Chella, Head of Adult Services, Merrimack Public Library. Prior experience as Adult Services Librarian in Minot, ND as well as an Assistant Librarian at a small community college in Natchez, MS. Holds a BA in history from SUNY Geneseo and an MLS from University at Buffalo.

Panelists:
Kayla Morin, Children’s Services & Programming, Goodwin Library in Farmington; Children’s Librarian, Madbury. 2017 CHILIS Librarian of the Year. Prior internships/ experience in K-5 Substitute Teaching, recreation programming, parenting programs and an adoption/ counseling agency. Holds a BSW from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania.
Brittany Overton, Director, Minot-Sleeper Library in Bristol. Prior experience in journalism, plans programming on a modest budget. Holds a BS in Communications with a concentration in Photography and an MLIS from Simmons College.
Tara McKenzie, Head of Youth Services, Conway Public Library. Prior experience in Special Education, and in planning programming as a small library director with no summer reading or children’s programming budget. Holds a BA in English Education from Plymouth State, and MS in Special Education from Southern CT State University.
Laura Clerkin, Director, Bethlehem Public Library. Formerly the Children’s Librarian in Bethlehem. Prior experience with direct marketing, religious education, and volunteering in a domestic violence shelter. Possesses an MSLS from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.
